This life jacket provides comfort, safety, and peace of mind without feeling cumbersome until needed. It includes a zippered pocket for storing keys, cell phones, licenses, and more. The Relia Pull Guide ensures predictable inflation and aids in repacking. Additionally, reflective piping enhances visibility, and it comes with a reusable mesh storage/carry bag.
This USCG-approved life jacket belt pack can be manually inflated by pulling the inflation handle. It is approved for individuals 16 years and older and weighing over 80 lbs. The universal size fits up to a 52” waist. The 16-gram CO2 charge provides 17 pounds of buoyancy, with the option for back-up oral inflation for additional buoyancy up to 26.5 pounds.
Safety and security features include an inflation handle that clips to the life jacket to prevent snag hazards. The adjustable body belt and front buckle closure ensure a secure fit, while an attached D-ring allows for accessories to be affixed. Despite its lightweight construction weighing less than 1 pound and low-profile design, this inflatable belt pack is suitable for activities like stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, sailing, and recreational boating. It fits comfortably around the waist for unhindered movement and stows compactly when not in use.
After each inflation, the inflatable life jacket can be reused by rearming it with the M-16 Rearming Kit (sold separately). Refer to the Owner's Manual for instructions on initial arming and rearming. It is recommended to use the Onyx Rearming Kit #1370 for this product and to purchase an extra rearming kit to practice operating the inflatable life jacket.
